I was wondering if there are any plans to publish PL on the AppsLib market? There are various phones and tablets that don't qualify for the Android Market, so those use the AppsLib store.

I only ask because I've ordered a sweet Archos 70 today, and you better believe I'll be trying out some Pocket Legends on it.

If it's not published on the AppsLib, there is always side loading the apk that should work fine. I'll be ya'lls guinnea pig...

There are always ways to get the market on tablets that do not come with the market. Just google it. It usually takes a little bit of tech savvy and a little bit of bravery.

I would certianly just root it and install a hack to get the market on there once it was available, or some custom rom. I just didn't want to speak of such things on here :-) Sideloading will also work until that method is out.

I haven't seen any disadvantage of publishing on the Appslib market, especially for free apps. I have two things published out there right now, one free and one pay. It's doesn't get as much action as the real market obviously. When I checked all your big name apps were already out there like Slacker and Pandora.

As a bonus AppsLib even tests your app on each of the various screen sizes they support for compatibility! At least they say they do. Takes a week or two before it gets published the first time.
