how do i get winter tokens?

You can get them in one of four ways.
1) Dropped by frost fiend (1-3 tokens. not worth farming!)
2) By paying platinum (you can either buy portals to go directly to the bosses or just pay the platinum to token ratio)
3) Out of imbued chests. I got 40 out of one earlier.
4) And lastly of course. Fighting the bosses from the tarlok portals. incase you missed some stuff. Every boss enemy you kill has a chance to spawn a tarlok portal. Which there you will fight one of four enemies. The goblin who drops 8 tokens, The wolf who drops 12, The knight who drops 24. Or the dragon who drops 40.
