Better yet, do what I do. Do 90 minutes of pure intense cardio.

If you can't do that, start at 30 minutes or whatever you can handle then work your way up every day. If you're working your way up, each day, add 2 more minutes to your workout.

Tread mill is so boring. In fact most stationary indoor exercises make me want to shoot myself. Go outside and enjoy the fresh air.

55478 Only reason I'd EVER use a treadmill would be for when its 12 degrees outside (like it is now) Treadmills are a waste of money

On the other hand, things like weight benches and weights aren't so bad, you can't necessarily go out and lift sticks with marshmallows on the ends of them and expect anything ;)

Fortunately where I live it doesn't snow and rarely gets below freezing during the day. The only place it snows is up in the mountains. Although a little snow and cold weather never stopped me. :)

I'm perfectly fit. I do 100 push-ups and sit-ups and lift weights every day. I also do rock-climbing, hiking, swimming, and more. I love being outdoors :)

Ikr? I'm not military but I remember thinking 3 miles a day is a lot. Now? I'm up to 9-10 miles a day, LOL!

I think, honestly, it's the title that's bothering people. If you change it to something like: "Healthy Legends!" or "Just because we game, doesn't mean we are fat!" and do a nice introductory guide on the benefits of even light cardio can do, it would've been taken more kindly (as long as you didn't make it too much about how you work out.)

I honestly don't know why I'm fit.
Maybe because I'm outside alot, even in the snow.

its not intense enough if you're doing it for 90 minutes

1300-1500 calories an hour isn't intense? O_O

If you push your body to its limits, even the intense becomes doable.

I really lol at the people when they say 90 minutes isn't a lot... Those are the people that can barely do the introduction portion in the beginning of an insanity video (like 5 minutes). Anyways, exercise 'dem thumbs! Oh, and if anything, Parth knows what he's saying... He went through an epic transformation, mayyng.

Not guna brag, but I practically cannot get fat. As much I try, its impossible. I usually do 50ish sit ups 100 right side/100 normal/100 left side crunches per day. If you start by doing 1 min planks/side planks, and some Superman's. Running as little as a mile or 2 each day will keep you in shape. This can we done in a mere time period of 30m-45mins. I myself swim about 5-7 miles a day, it keeps you in shape, but if you want to get seriously buff, lift. Play pl in free time ofc and work.
