Missing effects in preview screen

There r a few items in all that are missing their effects in the preview screen. Times such as the vampire ammulets circling bat, and the winter rings effect. Is there a reason for this? Or there any other items that are like this?

So far those 2 are the only items ive found that are missing their effect in the stat screen. Didn't even realize either of these items had any effects till reading it here.
