Have it aswell on my main. 3-4 others on the way hopefully b4 event ends.
The effect is nice, wouldn't mind a bigger star.

The first 15 were the people who played RIGHT after the quest reset each day.
Plus it boils down to luck to see who gets the infected the quickest..
