How to get one:
Ever so often, check Twitter, they will tweet randomly and tell where droid it. The easiest way to know he's online is to messaging him using the "/t" command, if he's online, check Twitter, asap, it'll tell you where he is, find him, and wave to him.
Sadly, the race ended today, you can still follow them on Twitter and get the update on other stuff going on:)
