I haven't tried level 10 fox pvp, but I would try this nuke build:

4 Hamstring
3 Vixen kick
1 Fury
1 Rabid bite

Full dex

Level 10 halloween int helm and armor, level 10 evidence bracer, damage/hit ring, white fox face (the one that gives +2 hit%)
