what do u think, if u make some acc wth same name like before but the old acc has banned.
ex : u have acc wth ign qwerty, then u get banned. but u wanna make new acc wht same ign, qwerty.
is it break the rule ?

Well first of all, if your device was banned, then your never going to play AL on that device again.

a name which was banned will enable for anyone to re create or use it ever again, there's many reason why it shouldn't. happens to everyone bra

Well, if a scammer gets banned, and a new random person will get that name..

First of all, understand how STS handles bans. Ban = you lose access to your account/characters. If someone gets banned, that name can not be used again because the character is still present, its just you that has lost access to it. Moreover, banned people shouldn't try to come back. They were banned because STS doesn't want them on their game!

If you are banned on an account, STS will ban you on your new account if they find out your new ign.

If someone is banned that ign goes up for grabs again. Bless was banned and now someone else has that ign. So, if u get banned u could go out and buy a new device or change the IP address on ur computer, make a new account and get he same name again. It would be starting over at level 1 tho.

His account was hacked by someone who either renamed or deleted the character. That's how the name is alive.

It doesnt make sense why a name isnt available if an account is permanently banned. That account is unplayable. Shouldnt STS just delete all the data on that account and put that name back up for grabs?

I personally wouldn't want the name of a banned player anyway, no matter how awesome... As you have to know they were banned for a reason. A reason you don't want people to always think about when they see you name.
