By accident, I spent 30 platinum on winter tokens. Is there a way to cancel the purchase?
Have you ever thought about putting a notice of confirmation? (Also for pets and elixirs)

Many people have made accidental plat purchases in the past. If you email support at support@spacetimestudios.com and tell them what happened they're usually more than happy to correct the mistake. Just make sure you still have enough winter tokens available so they can deduct the amount you purchased.
Yes happend to me just now. I conntacted support too and hope they will refund my platinum. I was just trying to get the free elixir acces to lair but i lagged and that winterfesttoken merchats screen poped up and i was mindlessly pressing butons so i accidnetaly bought 250 tokens sigh.
