They both do the exact same thing. Jack Hellows was released for a limited time during Halloween and makes pumpkins show around you instead of shamrocks.

One just has pumpkins on it instead of clovers because its Halloween Exclusive (~^^)~
Lep is a common luck amulet that can be bought anytime ~(^^~)
But all 15% luck (~^^)~

Jack just looks awesome! I'm using a green theme and thought lep would fit but jack actually looks better go figure! I want one that has little blue ghosts xD
