I recommend 62 str, rest dex.

Gear: lv20 plat pack sword, helm, and shield, lvl 15 artisans leather (it is a lot better than the plat pack armor, because it gives 7 hit %, which is crucial for winning a fight, because you need to land hellscream)

Im sorry, i cannot give out my build, but one thing is that you definitely need 6 hellscream ;)
