Mythic armor upgrade problem.

I did the mythic helmet upgrade Quest and turned it in to Jerril but my helmet did not get upgraded. I have reported the incident to STS and I hope it will be resolved soon. I talked to a guild member who had the same problem.

I did the quest to upgrade mythic armor and helm and only the helm upgraded. After searching the forums I realized it's because the armor piece was in my stash and the helm was in my inventory. I've contacted support and am hoping they can fix this without making me redo the quest especially the helm part as that one worked and it took forever!!! Could you please let me know how sts remedied your situation???

I had mine in stash too. Im the guildmember he mentioned. Just email support. It might take 1 to 14 businessdays from my experience. Just email them every few days if they havent resiolved it. Include your ign and pictures. They simply replaced the item in question.
