didnt recieve platinum purchase

I purchased platinum over 24 hours ago and still have not received it. I emailed sts and no response or Platinum.
Anyone know why. Thanks

I bought 1700 plat today because of the sale. I still haven't received mine either. Emailed sts. The last time this happened I had my plat the next day. But seems like that may not be the case right now. I hope they fix it. Also I thought the sale was supposed to go through the 28th.... but it had ended on the 27th. Not sure why
