2k Def?

How do warriors hit 2k def with a 2h? As I can see mythics have same armor value as a legendary.. It doesn't make sense I have high def gears and only have 1.5k. How do people actually reach 2k? And I heard there ain't any enchantment/enhancement system in this game, 'cept socketing which doesn't add defence.

Please guide me veterans!

When u reach level 36, you are given the opportunity to craft the mythic helm and armor into l36 mythic armor and helms,

To even further boost your armor, you could equip an Archon ring.

Weapon- Fortifies Glaive of Tactics
Helm- Uller's Blazing Helm
Armor- Uller's Blazing Plate
Ring- Archon Ring of Potency, str version
Amulet- ​Amulet of Doom

No, what he means is that when you first purchase your mythic set of armor (armor and helm) its a lower level, so it doesn't appear to be that great. However, you can get a quest that will allow you to upgrade your mythic armor and helmet to level 36. At level 36 its considerably better than any other armor available.

-no chest drops archon rings. It is only dropped by shadowmancers in elite shuyal maps, so it is very rare
-stat? isnt there an auction house/consigment store? :smile:

So 2K armor is normal now.

The ring drops from certain mobs on elite shuyal maps.

The armor is +2.5% armor in description. But, even when you have no gear on it adds 93[ish] (I forget ATM). However, you cannot inspect the armor increase until you equip the ring.

The archon potency, str version is the rarest and most valuable archon ring. I recently sold one for 3.5mil.

Any archon ring with blue animation will increase armor; however, the archon potency has the best stats (by far).
