New levels and updates

Can anyone tell me if DL will ever get new levels and maps? It has been so long that it feels like Spacetime Studios has forgotten us. The holiday thing is boring. We need a good reason to still play the game. My guild is all but dead due to the lack of new content on this game. Come on guys, can't you give us something?

I'd like new levels as well, but to be honest I'm content. And also I'd hate to get a new cap. I like games that have a permanent unchanging cap. Then they can add special levels and elite levels and stuff.

We do need new maps and more stuff to farm as far as lvl cap raise idc ill be happy with sts if they just take away brimfire or the burning effect imo that skill ruined pvp

Up the dam lvl capp to 75. Charge plats for every 15 lvls. Do something for christ sake! U wanna make money then earn it sts!! Thats coming from the most ELITE player this company has ever had. Over 100k plat bought on al sl pl and dl. Baddest gamer on da planet!!

Micah, there is no such thing as elite levels in SL. Or have you not been on long enough to know that?

1. This is not SL. This is DL and I've been playing actively for several months now. Might even have more kills than you, but I don't know about that.
2. That is exactly the point. PL and AL have elite levels, so why not add something like that to DL? Most mmo's (at least PC anyways) get the cap out of the way first, and only then do they add all the special stuff. Sometimes they raise the cap later, but cap raises take a long time. That's how I think DL should operate.
3. On a side note, I hope the cap never goes higher than 50. I'd rather see new skill trees, new maps, new events, new leaderboards etc. rather than just another stupid cap where you can level a few times, get another vanity (as if we need more of those) and re-spend all of your plat on elite/cool looking weapons.

Unfortunately, they can't help us here in DL. They DO know what makes them money and it certainly isn't working on DL.

this we need new maps thing wont work everyone that's complaining about not having new maps will start complaining all over again when people are done with those maps we need update that will actually help people enjoy the game permanently not temporarily for example changing the pvp arena adding new guild halls adding new skill as mightymicah stated adding a new class on leader boards these are stuff that ppl will be happy about and will make the game more enjoyable making the level a bit higher or adding new maps is a short term solution as before you know it people well get bored with those and start whinging all over again ^_^

Agreed! I imagine they'll be able to dedicate a little more than previous years, though I still wouldn't expect anything too massive.

Its not that they don't care its that they have more other games more important then DL when u think of it think of DL like the Sega genisis no more new stuff think of there other games like a Xbox one more important

First of all thank you Mr.Gee for the great information :)
Now that it has been clearly stated you should know that DL and PL came out basically together of not older if PL players don't get updates you know DL players won't erither I played this game basically since launch and all updates came out when game first came out and during that year as of 2013 hardly any major updates except the valentines day event. :-) be happy and greatful that DL didn't stop the game completely be happy with the updates. ----> IGN: KingHellish:<----
