Is it possible for there to be a stop to leveling one day and that be max forever?
Or is there always gonna be a new campaign area being worked on?

They have it planned up to lvl 99

Hurry up to 50 then :). Then once level cap is raised, you need to start nolifing the second it is available. There are hardcores that WILL reach lvl 55 the day the cap is increased. I can only imagine the same will be true when 99 is released
