No option to "Characters", why?

Hi.

Why can not I manage my characters? Please look at the picture - there is even the "Characters". I would like to remove my old character and start a new game but I can not. How can I get this option to appear?

Most likely because you just made that account lol because I have 40 accounts on just one account and it only does that when I just make an account and it disconnects from server and when I relog that pops back on... Level up and menu should pop back on... Either that or your accounts a lvl 1 in which case yeaa... Lol
