Can't access Slouch-o quest

For the past two days, I have not been able to continue my quests in this area of the game. No "go to" button appears, no matter what I try. The only option I am being given is to abandon the quest.

Could you specify the name/names of the quests you can't complete? And also, what is your player level?

When your doing a quest, Sometimes you need to go to the NPC directly. In Quest Tab and the "go to" thing isnt that accurate. If it not helps. Theres a Triangle shape at the bottom of your character and tells the point where you are about to go. Have a fun adventure!
