App won't launch

Ok.. Last week i've had the same ping problems on my ipad.. Starts off well then shoots from 600 to 20k in seconds.. Now i can't even open the app anymore. Whenever i do so it just closes.. Tried reinstalling several times but still the same.. Help guys?

I have same prblm with my mini ipad cant fix it so i gave up on it and im usin androit device now :(
