platnum offers not giving plat

So I do some plat offers and get 0 plat. WHAT THE HECK MAN! This is not the first time either. All I want is my plat.

Yep, nativeX is becoming very unpromising lately, They at least owe me 500+ plat.

email NativeX and/or Trialplay about your plat not being given to you (their email's are on google)
though that probably doesn't do anything...im missing some plats too, i email, they either don't respond, or someone says "Sorry for the inconvenience, i will manually add the currency to your account" aaand they don't :(

It would be cool if that 1 plat every what, 1-2 hours could come back :/ only on tapjoy though :( at least it worked, my offers tend to work at times :)

I'm racking up the pendings already and I found out my history was cleared, and didn't get to send nativex to get them pendings to work >:/ eh

I've had offers not reward. I email TrialPay or nativex. They will ask for confirmation e.g screenshot of completion. I've always complied and always got my plat
