What's best lv and why to open Locked Grand Chest?

You open locked crates for a chance to obtain rare items like mythics or arcanes

Your lvl effects to legendary items lvl. You can loot arcane and mythic items on any lvl (they just on certain lvls). If you want to have "easy" change to get myths and arcanes but remmember change is low. You can open like 400 crates and get only worthless pinks and some gold.

At Every Level The Arcane/mythic Chance is the same
The only difference on each level the equipment scale
Eg.Lvl10 Gets L10 stuff
If you're trying to get arcane/mythic GL I'd rather hoard sell hoard before event sell at event Ez Cash
