View Full Version : I can't play AL anymore

Hello. I played AL yesterday evening. I ran elite ferrix with some of my guildmates. I shot a fireball to one of the enemies but my screen froze then the game crashed to my home page. When i am clicking the arcane legends app in my ipad mini, the screen turns black (getting ready to show the spacetime studios logo) but doesn't continue to show the logo and just directs me to the home page again. My ipad mini is up to date (IOS 7.0.4) and i also updated the game recently (plat sale ended). I contacted the support group yesterday evening but i still haven't received any reply from them. Any of you guys experienced something like this and knows what to do? If so, can you please tell me what to do so i can play the great game again. Thank you very much for reading. :-)

Hmm. I have noticed that there are also other players who experienced the same thing. The game just keeps crashing to the home page when i am clicking the app. Please look into this devs. Thank you.

Uninstall and redownload AL or factory reset your device.

I already did that sir but i still can't open it. I re downloaded it first yesterday evening then i factory reset my ipad mini this evening but the game still keeps crashing...

I have the same prlm and i tried all the solutions n the app still cruching

Still waiting for an answer and solution for this problem... I still can't play on my ipad mini. Anyways, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!

Sounds like you are out of storage space. Check General / Settings / About and see how much is listed next to Available.
