Lvl 50 Mage build help

I need help on a build for a lvl 50 mage. I'm doing alright with the build I have (can't play atm and tell exactly what the build is) but I need the ultimate build because I'm thinking of pvping.

I need to know what skills I should have and also what are the perks of having a dex mage of a fully int mage?
