As you will see many players do not have access to that privilege (buy the platinum with card of credit).
I say the game is for everyone because not access platinum by other means of payment or other feature.
Also regarding the locked do not like, spend a lot of money to little great thing.
Should improve a bit on locked or give a chance to farm on maps mythic or arcane (pet, helmet, armor, other) is like going to farm the legendary rare or other pet rare.
