How does the Croc Swamp work, no town or quests?

I'm sure I've missed something simple here. There appears to be no town for the Croc Swamp, but I can use the Join Game screen to find and join a game. Is this the way it's supposed to be?

Are there any quests for the Croc Swamp and where do you find them?

When I do join a game, there doesn't appear to be any quests in there or any point except for killing all the gators. What am I missing?

I'm level 29 if that makes a difference.

you arent missing anything. the devs just havent made a swamp town yet.

Nope you're not missing anything. There are no towns yet past the frozen one. I suppose that should be made clear somewhere before people buy it. I remember back when I bought the first campaign like that and was just as confused.

no, but i think the dev team has somebody workin on a towne and quests for it. hopefully.

Except it's kinda pointless once you're above the lvl where you can gain xp there. Or use the items from the quests. I barely bothered going back to do the lost expeditions quests.

Well I guess getting that epic black ice stuff might be worth it. And who knows, maybe one day A fridge farming trend will pick up again for green ice weapons...

I believe you just need to finish the regular maps once in order to unlock the extra maps.
