Twink level 21

Hi all, i am planing to make a lvl 21 twink rogue. But i have a question, what skills should i take? Should i go for full dex?
And what weapon, gear, amulet, and ring shlould i use?
I have 500k so i can spend a lot of gold :)
And for a pet i think i can use ribbit or malison :)

Combat Medic 3/5
Shadow Pierce 2/5 (lifesteal)
Noxious Bolt 1/5

Dex passive 5/5
Int passive 4/5

Yes definitely full dex, full fire gems.

Gear: Now note that you probably won't have enough for everything. After the winter update, the new Tarlok gear was released, making it stronger and more expensive than other gear.

Weapon: Devourer Bow of Potency
Helm: Tarlok's Helm of Potency
Armor: Tarlok's Raiment of Potency
Ring: erm..is there an ensorcelled of potency at 21? If so use that.
Amulet: Tarlok's Heart of Potency

Pet: Malison/kettle are good. Ribbit is good, but lower damage (only good if you can crit on it). Other good pets are talon and crawly, but make you squishy.

That's the best build. But with 500k maybe just can buy a bow and ring lol. So overpriced gears at lvl21.

Aimed full pier chance to heal and medic 30%-add 1 pack and Last heal over time
Pass agil 4 must be, dmg 3 crit 2 or change crit to knowledge for mana that's my build actually for twink

Btw my pet Malison and my armor hades with swirling pot as ring
