Rage questions

Ok. So rank one rage increases critic chance by 30%. It says rank 2 increases it by 10%. This doesn't make sense to me. Is it downgrading rage from 30% to 10%, or is it adding another 10% on top of the already 30% making it 40%? Any clarification would be great. I don't want to upgrade it if it actually gets worse.

It gets worse, and it never gets better. I'm putting in a bug report if there isn't one already.

Well that's dumb. Looks like I'm only using rank 1 then until its fixed

Fixed issue with Warrior "Rage" skill's first rank providing more benefits than higher ranks.
