So im getting all these legendary items from chests and i dont know whether they are good decent or bad. How can i tell if its a good weapon for the level those guys are at? Also, where are all these mythic necklaces and rings come from other than locked? Thanks :3

legendary items come from Any Golden chest and legendary gears are good and descent at level 16/21/26/31/36 And you can get mythic amulet and ring from Elite Golden Warchest
