Pink Hi-Tech Blaster Question

Yo currently Level 47, Someone gave me a Pink Hi-Tech Blaster gun..
My question is, Why is the Damage so low in this thing?
I know in Warcraft3, tehres 3 different kind of damage, Normal, Piercing and Chaos..
Is Hi-Tech blaster Chaos type dmg or something (ignore armor)?

no, it is normal damage (there only is normal) and it has no special effect either (no proc). in fact it is quite a low tier 'pink item'. you wont find people using it.

edit: different procs include -hit%, -armor, steal life, fire damage, iceing, etc...
