Every time, when i go to game, it is downloading 52 things, like when there would be a new expansion. How to fix it?

Nah its getting the content into your device, every time u delete and reinstall the app, it redownloads the content.

What platform are you playing on?

If you are playing in the Chrome Browser you might have the browser on Incongnito Mode that doesn't cache any files (and means everytime you need to re-download the patches). If you are on Android, you might have a mod that isn't allowing cached files, for example.

Don't clean the cache on device :)
