* 1SP for open
* 1SP more for :
1. Decrease 10% output dmg
2. 15% additional dmg
3. affected longer 2 secs
4. Area (can affected 2 more ppl)

1 sp for opn skill, 1 more sp open 1 from 4 option

The damage output will help you more if u use it on bosses and big mobs but for curse to be truly effective imo u would need them all, that's when u see the skills true effectiveness in pve or pvp
