If our guild win, i believe the money is going to be a guild fund, so if we let our top runners do it then we will have better chance and we can give more to members, in terms of contests etc
although i know you would like to participate and i highly appreciate your determination and commitment in the guild. Thank you for understanding

Yeah your right , he meant to incorporate others in this , but my question is how can you incorporate the underdogs with 380 members and they're only allowing 6 members per guild to participate? Ofcourse everyone is having a hard time to make their teams because we have no idea when it is and who could. We can't just sign people up who were not even sure can do it the day of, he's allowing all officer in team A, as for team B we have members who are time runners .. It's just a matter if they could or couldn't then well move into a whole more selection.. It's not about fighting over the spots and I hope you're not fighting for a spot and understand that if we do enter; we would more likely try to bring in our top dogs for the guild to win

Im gonna break down the rules, easier for the eyes. because it seems like most people is not reading it thoroughly.


Recruitment:
- Level requirement lvl 40+
- If you have a L41 in the guild, you can bring as many twinks as you want.
- gotta be an EXCELLENT twink.

Recruitment extended.
As for season 6
Due to a few select mages and rogues with LOW hp attempting to run elite shuyal/tindrins, we are having the following recruitment recs.
Rogue-3200 hp/440 dmg with bow
Mage-3200 hp/400 dmg ?
Warrior-5800 hp/1700 armor


Chat rules:
- No begging, spamming caps, arguing(take your arguments out of our chat), racism, or sexism.
- Respect each other.


Marketing:
- Items sold in guild chat should include the highest pinks, rare founders items, mythics, and arcanes.
- items should be DISCOUNTED 25%, with a maximum required discount of 500k
- Do not buy items with intent to merch your guildies or rip them off. The idea is that passing items in guild is more valuable to a guild than making sales.

PVP rule:
- We kill each other in pvp.
- Pvp woes stays in pvp, outside of guildchat.
- No ganging, spawn killing guildies, we do highly recommended to stay away from ganging, though we cannot control everyone.
- Do not kill guildie with flag.
- If someone asks you to not kill them we can't stop you, but it's usually expected you comply.

PVE / recommendations:
- Use health and mana pots.
- DO NOT ask mage for mana
- No random, unsolicited party invites.
- No leaching

First of all i want to apologize in advance if i sound rude or disrespectful.This message is for the GM"AZE"and CO GM "INK" and "THE OFFICERS " It's about the reputation of the guild.Since I started playing the game I wanted to b part of DM and I work my *** off to b in i, I might not b the Most powerful or knowledge but at least know the basics of the game, the guild rules and respect the guild something that u guys build.I know that you guys don't care about #1 spot but I know that u guys care about the guild so It's not fair how people r destroying it people that are level 20/30/35 or lower that are not twinks joining in(not including the farmers Inc players) or using the guild to get aps /level up and then leave or now asking for money I have see it happened.I think is because there is to many recruiters that don't care about it and just bring anyone they want or know so I ask the GM and officers to update the guild rules and to put rules to recruiters and new rules to pvp because What's the point to have 100 kills if u die 600 so please guys fix this thank u for your time

Really been working on finding the recruiters youre talking about. Personally i havent seen anyone not a twink below l41 in a while. Maybe some old members becoming active again, but thats really it. Plz tell me these peoples names in game so i can talk to them.
Thank u for reading this.if I may give a idea Why don't cut a half the number of recruiters and have specific days of recruitment and in those officers b online to make sure that the rules are follow if people want to join DM they can wait a few days and the names of some people that were not cap lvl are osatriiaty, pizzaguy,beymon, lostmage, happylittlekitty or happykitty,hhashh,that's just some names that joined. But now they r all lvl captain

Recruitment extended.

Due to a few select mages and rogues with 2200 hp attempting to run elite shuyal, we are having the following recruitment recs.

Rogue-3100hp/390 with bow
Mage-3100/400
Warrior-5250 hp/1500 armor

It is extremely highly recommended to not do elite shuyal/nordr/tindr until you can survive easily and do efficient methods for the maps. If you die every time you run into a mob, that is considered leeching. You need to use health and mana potion no exception. If you only have pink gear, it is HIGHYL recommended that you farm km3/jarl/easy elite until you can afford a few mythics.

I recommend atleast 5500hp for warriors, 1500 is okay

First of all i want to apologize in advance if i sound rude or disrespectful.This message is for the GM"AZE"and CO GM "INK" and "THE OFFICERS " It's about the reputation of the guild.Since I started playing the game I wanted to b part of DM and I work my *** off to b in i, I might not b the Most powerful or knowledge but at least know the basics of the game, the guild rules and respect the guild something that u guys build.I know that you guys don't care about #1 spot but I know that u guys care about the guild so It's not fair how people r destroying it people that are level 20/30/35 or lower that are not twinks joining in(not including the farmers Inc players) or using the guild to get aps /level up and then leave or now asking for money I have see it happened.I think is because there is to many recruiters that don't care about it and just bring anyone they want or know so I ask the GM and officers to update the guild rules and to put rules to recruiters and new rules to pvp because What's the point to have 100 kills if u die 600 so please guys fix this thank u for your time

We do say that we dont care about the guild ranks as much, we want our guild members to not focus on that and we try not to get affected by guild ranks also. When people focus on guild ranks too much.. people tend to start playing unfairly and we dont want that. It is mostly about self improvement

Sometimes having negative kdr means that youre not a great player in pvp, but sometimes it has more stories in it.
Ill give you a couple examples.. Mitno and bella , two officers who were once negative kdrs and few others. itdidnt mean they werent good, they just needed push and motivations
and a few inputs here and there. Same goes with others, we all could help change that.

As for twinks, i agree that some are good assets and some are not, as what aziiii said we dont know who invites who and when. We have ancient players of dm who are inacative who we do keep, only bec they were a huge part of DM history.

As for the beggars, we usually warn first.. but we have kicked tonw of people who have begged consistently or spam the guild chat

As for the recruiters, back when i was active i do try to tell them to know the rules by heart and when i have promoted a few recruiters as a GM, i personally asked them for the recruitment rules before promoting. ((same with aze and officers) ( I may have not done it with all ). We will try to remind them the rules and same with others

If you have any rules suggestions to add , please dont hesitate to tell us and we will discuss it
