Runes

Idea: A rune can be placed on every legendary, mythic and arcane weapon. The runes are like enchantments, similar to the gems but runing is a temporary effect that lasts X amount of time (for example, a DEX rune can give +15 dex on one equipped weapon for 3 hours).

Works in pve, pvp and dungeons.

Cool idea, but that could be vastly overpowered especially with things like exceptional gems.

If I can crit 3.5k+ now, imagine what I could crit after stacking all these runes in pvp? Sounds like a way to buy yourself leaderboards real fast. :D
