Armor vs Dmg gear ( in pvp twink levels)

The best armor for pvp rogue twinks used to be Devourer/Bonechill until the release of the wonderful new Tarlok gear of potency. Now in pvp, what do you think is better for you? While I like the idea of more damage I am not very fond of the idea of being squishy with lower armor. What do you all like for your build? More armor and less damage or more damage and less armor?

Damage cause it's not that much armor decrease. About 54 I'm pretty sure. That's nothing compared to the 30+ damage buff I receive.
