Orange crossbone shield, "Spooky shield" was. But not the PL shield

Lol... The PL shield is one of the most exclusive items in the game. And only those who won a contest (or in one case, participated), or did something good for the community got it.

There has been an increase of PL shield In game, I saw so many PL shields in game.

Ah. I'm not the only one who noticed that. I've seen a lot of them, why?! Almost all owners are inactive since ages!
