YOOOOOOOOOO! Hey players of Arcane Legends! :D I'm one of the people who started playing AL the second it released, but left after the 36 cap ( or whenever that new mythic set came out ) Anyways what's changed? I've been hearing a lot of talk that the game is going downhill and there's nothing to farm, pvp is getting boring, the community isn't the best, etc.
So yeah....WHAT'S UP!? xD I'm thinking about coming back to AL but is the time worth it? What do you guys think? First off the game isnt going downhill at all. Its getting better and better from what I see. New gem making has been introduced, awesome new pets have come out. During the Tarlok event which ended recently, a lot of great Tarlok gear came out, which gives people the opportunity to try new builds. The Bard gives extra story tokens now and there were pets that could be bought with Tarlok Winterfest tokens. We can now make gems which give extra stats. Beautiful vanities have come out. There is still stuff to farm, but what one wants, differs from person to person. The community, as is everywhere, is a mix. We find good and bad everywhere. For me, AL devs are only increasing the awesomeness of the game.

But the gears that are supposed to be best comes crashing down. Now what should we farmers farm except lockeds? Also the tarlok gears sell like crap. They are so cheap! Or Mabae I shall go farm archon ;-(

Ahem Ahem, as much as i complain and rant i think the game is fun, tarlok gear is second only to mythic and is going a good job equaliting the players of al
(I know equaliting isnt a real word)

Using story tokens you can now buy inventory slots, decent weapons, the cool ol' pets and a new pet called crawly fit for all classes with really good stats and ability

Elite farming is definitely paying off, architect weapons stay in demand for really good prices if you get brutality/assault ones

Pvp may kind of not be as fun but i really dont see how sts can do anything about it, its either you have too many friends so u "cant" kill anyone you meet
Or youre in the "wrong" guild and are targeted by people from a rival guild/s.

And what about merching? you got 99 merchants for every 1 actual user of the certain item, not super fun to work so hard to find a legit buyer but its fair since its basically gold for nothing.

I think STS has done a great job maintaining this game and keeping it fun with rare event items/eggs and cool vanities. Blah blah blah try and see if you like it =]
