forest haven quests 14/15. ?

I had 14/14 last time i logged in, and after a month when my rooted android again lets me install pl without errors. There is one extra quest, can someone spread some light.

Ya 10K plat is kinda ridiculous if ya ask me...i could understand 2K but having to spend almost 500$ to get a quest is stupid!
