Vanity gems

So it would go like this mythic armors and helms would have 6 gem slots 3 for stat gems and 3 for vanity gems, legendarys would be 2 and 2, epics 1 and 1.
What if sts made all vanitys in a gem form from now on and these gems were combinable that could mean thousands of possible vanity combinations
Now everyone could have their own custom look

With this idea it would have 6 slots 3 for wind gem, blood gem, fire gem etc and 3 exclusively for vanity gems
The gems themselves could be crafted from the current essences that we collect or purchase using plat, using a recipe similar to the event gems
Some vanity gems might take more essences to craft than others depending on the desirability of the vanity gem
So lets say you like kraken vanity helm, red arlor vanity helm,and purple founders vanity helm if they were in gem form then u would be able to combine 2 or even all 3 together to make your own custom look

Not a bad idea, but then you would have to get a new vanity every time you need new gear as it would be fused with the old gear.

I want a vanity that makes my sword look like a rubber chicken, complete with feathers flying and a 'bukaak' sound when you hit a baddie and it dies :D
