a lot of people in pl are running around with the pl shield how do i get one?

Sorry, the PL shield is given by the support staff at STS for players who emailed a problem to STS (had something to do with that)
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL A FALSE REPORT BECAUSE YOU WANT A PL SHIELD

The Spacetime Customer Service Team isn't giving out the PL shield as a "reward." It is given as a "thank you" when that customer has been inconvenienced. It is an item that we give out at our discretion. No, sorry, as much as we love you, you can't have one just for writing in and asking for it.
We are trying to do right by our customers. Having something we can give them when things don't go the best way possible is a nice thing to be able to do.
We know that not everything we will do will make everyone happy. We just keep pluggin along as best we can and are very thankful for the people who choose to spend their recreation time with our games. I hope that helps in your understanding.
