I am sorry you are having trouble. You should usually hear back from support in a couple of days of sending it. Keep in mind we are closed on weekends. Send me a pm and we can discuss further.

Same here I got really big problem I got banned for tslking aboit hacking and I never got a warning or anything they just took my toon thst I spent at least 120 $ in platnuim on won a singe and sold it for 42m so yah
