Hey guys Iv been told that if u cap lv1-76 in 4 days u will get a egg? Is this true and is it still available? I don't want to try and do it and realise there is nothing at the end lol waste of plat :p need someone to explain what's the deal with this

You did get the elite egg when you capped within 4 days after the release of the blacksmoke mountain expansion. 397 chars made it. (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?72742-Congratulations-to-the-397-characters-who-made-it-to-level-76!)
It's not possible to get the egg now.

Was only if you could cap in 4 days for the release of the 76 cap.

Started when they released humania. The first humania cap vanity was dubbed the volconut and was not favorably received ( changed after the 1st 4 days) leading to the revamped 71 helm. Devs rolled with the punch and made the elite cut throat challenge for 76cap. Also happened when they first released fox & rhino as classes & had a helm reward for capping that quick.

Your answer is better tho, I had totally forgotten about the fox and rhino helm. No wonder you never see those, only 10 made it (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?79265-The-Race-to-76-On-the-Ranger-and-Rhino).
So don't bother doing it now ?
Don't do it for the egg. There won't be an egg.
