mark ignored players

1. People which are on my ingorelist should be marked in some way, perhaps with a coloured name! Especially in PVP this would help - have in mind everybody can change the ign so you cant remember all.
2. I dont want to read anything from people on my ignorelist, so even normal chat should be cleaned.

Is that possible? My game experience would raise a lot!

Let's make it so you don't get in the same map as the person you have ignored. This would be useful in elite.

This would be awesome for cheap players in pvp. Someone gangs/spawns/trash talks you in pvp, you could put them on ignore. The skull icon that rare spawns like bael 2 have would be even better.
