They also drop crap pinks...and Scepter. I have opened 150, no scepter drop.

It does but it's very rare. I'd guess you probably need to open a couple thousand of them to get the scepter. Keep in mind the scepter goes for 50-60m. The elite golden puzzlebox sells for 60-70k. That means you can buy about 800 elite golden puzzleboxes for the price of a scepter. And 800 puzzleboxes will also contain all sorts of other gear in them. So based on that price ratio, one would have to think you would have to spend much more than the price of a scepter on those puzzleboxes in order to get one. Obviously it's luck based, but if you are into statistics then you will understand what I mean.

Someone said they opened around 700 of them to get one. And I've heard some that got it within 100. It's all luck based! In my opinion, it's very worth it to open the chests because you don't spend any real life money! At the end of the day it's up to u.
