When will the "Changing Name" facility will be purchasable by Story Tokens?

Stash slot will come when they announce a new client....maybe they release the new client which was the moderator13 told about

Yes I want stash Slots. I don't want to sift through my inventory slots al the time!

My thinking behind the inventory slots purchasable with story tokens instead of plat is the essence. For one...I think upgrade with gems is dumb just my opinion, it's just another warrior buff. Anyways, I started a new toon a few days ago capped it. But on the way I noticed I had a lot of times ZERO inventory space. Nothing to craft. Out of 25 inventory slots 25-28 are being eaten up with essence...if you know u can buy them with story tokens u still have to wait ten days before u can have essence and gear. But most noobs won't even know that much. Before the stash spots, if like something to be done about essence eating up inventory space...
