Quick question, is it possible that a lvl 15 toon can loot arcane items or mythic stuffs like armor and etc...? (I know we can loot mythic or arcane eggs)

Level doesn't influence your chance to loot a myth or arcane item.
Level though influence the level of the pink stuff you loot.
Example:
If you loot a devourer maul of potency with your Lv15 toon from a locked crate it will automaticaly scale to your toon level.


Advice:
Spare your plats and lockeds for now and open when the new expansion come out.

Ive actually looted lvl 3-10 items on my lvl 36, and ive looted lvl 26-36 items on my lvl 5. I dont think level matters, especially when it comes to the mythic/arcane rarity items.

Yeah. On my lvl 36, i looted a lvl 4 guardian plate, and on my lvl 5 twink, i've looted lvl 36 dimensional armors from locked crates. I'm dead serious.

Yesterday i looted lvl 6 depraved blades and lvl 21 dark watch sword from locked using my lvl 36 character and whats even better is they came out of the crates with perfect grand gems already socketed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday i looted lvl 6 depraved blades and lvl 21 dark watch sword from locked using my lvl 36 character and whats even better is they came out of the crates with perfect grand gems already socketed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If u didn't know the guardian plate of wills are discontinued atm (at least I think they were only found in the plat bundle last expansion) so it would be impossible to loot it at lv 36. The majority of the people would know whether a statement is true or not. Stop spreading false information.

The guardian plate's are the blue armors with the snow particle effect, correct? I know after i was mass-opening a bunch of crates, i noticed that armor in my inventory and it wasnt there before. I never bought one, and i didnt see what all i got from those locked crates because i was spamming the open. All i know is that i noticed it after i opened them all and i didnt notice it before.

i honestly open locks bro but all legendaries are on my current lvl, i dont think legendaries will rank up on the lvl of ur toon aside from the mythics that have been looted.
