After nordr do shuyal mobs. For quicker leveling skip the bosses and just fight mobs on the levels.

Im working on soloing WT4 from lvl 9-36. I just hit lvl 25, and i have 13k pve kills. When u have a mindset on farming pve kills, lvls seem to fly by pretty fast. Im very aware of the other maps, but i just want to see if i can do it solo via WT4 :)

As a sorcerer, if you have some external source of gear/gold, then yes. Running it with gear farmed from WT4 drops, not so sure. Other classes out of question due to pot/gold usage.

Rogue pve is not boring as long as you have lots of mana.;)
