Flag buttons

Anyone still have their country flag button helm vanity? Sry I cant screenshot. I was wondering if it would look cool as a pet, like the elite eye thing but with the flag button.

Can a photoshop wizard chop up a rough idea of how this might look? Im techtarded with things like that lol. Thanks for any ideas/input
