Tarlok gems

I have recipes for tarlok gems, but i cant make them, they doesnt appear on crafting section. Fix this

The Tarlok gems were able to be crafted only up to 13th. Read this (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?132284-2014-01-06-Content-Update-(137568)).

They are only available at Xmas Event and They are removed now.... you can sell your recipe in your inventory! :)
