It is. You wont be able to tell once it is fully rendered into the game and only be able to fall back to this teaser pic as a memory.

Lance is probably normally right-handed but he is worn out and needs to use his left now.

From the positioning of the keyboard and space around the mouse, you can see most of the stuff are done by the second. Therefore he's either left handed or amphidexius lol.
