Yup, arcane items are super rare. I've heard most crate openers have to open 500-1000 crates just to get a single arcane item, and Samael is one of the better arcane items. 500-1000 crates x 15 plat per crate = 7500-15000 plat.

Arcane items are expensive. The OP is not really asking for a way to buy samael with plat, since a way already exists. The OP is asking to make Samael cheaper, or more common. To that I say definitely not. Arcane items are rare. If you want a more common pet, then there are legendary and mythic pets that are also good. If you make arcane items more common, then what is the point of them being arcane? We have different rarity levels for a reason. If they wanted samael to be more common than arcane, then he would have been mythic or legendary.
